1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VUXO ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VUXO provides an all-in-one ecosystem for creators, including bio links, AI tools, ad management, and a unified wallet (VX points). Features and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

4. VX Points & Wallet

VX (Vuxo Points) are in-app credits used to access features. The exchange rate is $10 USD = 100 VX unless stated otherwise. Points have no cash value outside the platform. Balances and transactions are subject to our ledger and policies. We may adjust or revoke points in case of abuse or violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, fraud, spam, harassment, or to violate any third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

VUXO and its branding, design, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use that content to operate and improve the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VUXO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or one hundred USD if greater).

8. Changes & Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice for breach or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
